[Guide] Lync 2013 client Show a Picture from a website

I have Lync 2010 server in my environment but we recently upgraded to MS office 2013 and that comes with the new Lync 2013 client. For some reason users that had their pictures hidden in the old 2010 client after upgrading to 2013 cannot seem to show their photos even after they enable it. But I  installed the old Lync 2010 client on machines and their display pictures appears, but in the 2013 client it wont show up.
Below guide will help you to get a custom picture form URL feature in Lync 2013 client.
