[Solved] Windows 8.1 thread_stuck_in_device_driver

After upgrading to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8 my PC has developed new issues.
Whenever I starts the laptop it shows "THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER" error message  and reboots, then starts normally without issues.
Even it won't sleep properly. It seems to go in to sleep mode, but can't get out of sleep mode and reboots.

This error message indicates that a device driver-almost always a video card driver-is stuck waiting for something (usually a hardware operation) to happen. Most of you have probably seen nv4_disp.sys associated with this Blue Screen.
Things to Do:
1   Ensure the video drivers are updated to the latest version.
2   The system BIOS is fully up-to-date.
3   If both the video driver and the system BIOS are fully up-to-date, check with the manufacturer for recent driver updates.
4   As a last resort, try exchanging the video card.
5  Check Device Manager for  yellow exclamation mark for all hardware devices. If there is any yellow exclamation mark then install latest drivers for the that particular hardware.
