[Solved] Microsoft Lync AudioCodes MP-124 SIP 2.0 404 Not Found

I installed a MP-124 FXS in my Lync environment to use my old Analog phones without any issues but I'm able to dial the analog phone extension and was able to dial External phone numbers from a Lync Client and vice versa. But I'm unable to dial an some external number (USA numbers) from Analog phones which are connected to the AudioCode MP-124.

To dig in to the issue, I have installed tftpd32 syslog server and configured MP-124 syslog server settings as shown below.

While checking Syslog I found the below error message SIP/2.0 404 Not Found. The logs on the audiocode Syslog and Lync server shows that the call is going to the Mediation server  and gets dropped because of the 404 NOT FOUND error.
Workaround for the SIP/2.0 404 Not Found issue is to Add +1 in the prefix to Add in Number Manipulation Table for Dest Number Tel -> IP as shown below

- For x64 machine,
"@oem8.inf,%CVirtA_Desc%;Cisco Systems VPN Adapter for 64-bit Windows” to "Cisco Systems VPN Adapter for 64-bit Windows
