VMware ESXi 5.5 in VirtualBox 4.2.18 Error A critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped

Today While installing VMware ESXi 5.5 in VirtualBox 4.2.18  I faced issues as my ESXi 5.5 virtual machine gives me unknown errors i.e. A critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped.
So  I have tried couple of guest operating system none of them work. But final Linux->Other Linux guest operating system works for me for VMware ESXi 5.5 in Virtual box. Also make sure you assign 4GB of memory & two vCPU to the ESXi 5.5 virtual machine.
I was getting below error while installing ESXi 5.5 in VirtualBox 4.1.18,

The solution is to use Guest Operating systeem as Linux-> Red Hat

To install and use ESXi 5.5, your hardware and system resources must meet the following
1 ESXi 5.5 will install and run only on servers with 64-bit x86 CPUs.
2 ESXi 5.5 requires a host machine with at least two cores.
3 ESXi 5.5 supports only LAHF and SAHF CPU instructions.
4 ESXi 5.5 requires the NX/XD bit to be enabled for the CPU in the BIOS.
5 ESXi requires a minimum of 4GB of physical RAM. Provide at least 8GB of RAM to take full advantage
of ESXi features and run virtual machines in typical production environments.
6 To support 64-bit virtual machines, support for hardware virtualization (Intel VT-x or AMD RVI) must
be enabled on x64 CPUs.
7 One or more Gigabit or 10Gb Ethernet controllers. For a list of supported network adapter models
